NOC TECH or Junior Admin

• Knowledge of both Unix and Linux OS systems
• Extensive knowledge and experience in writing scripts, carrying out testing, and changing system configurations
• Knowledge base of HP Openview, Automated Job Schedulers (Tidal)
• Knowledge base of Automatic Distribution Software (Perforce or Tivoli)
• ITIL foundation training (understanding of change, incident, and configuration management)
• Familiar with distributed data processing (server communications from D B to gateways)
o Hardware Platforms: SUN, HP, PCs
o Communications Networks: TCP/IP, SNA, NETVIEW, LANs, WANs
o Operating Systems: UNIX (HP UX, ULTRIX, SOLARIS, LINUX, SCO UNIX), WINDOWS XP
o Software: Remedy , Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Tivoli , Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Outlook, Tidal
